Bayston Hill at Lingfield
Bayston Hill runs for the first time since last August in Lingfield's ten furlong Handicap, the last race on their card; we are pleased he has got into a 0-65 under the 'two pound top weight rule' at the top of the handicap and that he can run off 67, a pound lower than when he won at Chelmsford last April. Nicely drawn in five the constraint this afternoon will revolve around how much he will come on for today's run (although he did win over the c&d first time out off a similar break in May 2018); we have also left off the pieces that he has worn for five of his last six races; even if he is not quite sharp enough to win off 67 this pm he should continue to pay his way at Lingfield, Chelmsford and on good ground turf as we get into the Spring.
Arlecchino's Arc goes back up in trip in Kempton's divided twelve furlongs Handicap tomorrow evening.
