I have had a brief acknowledgment from Nick Rust to my email of yesterday; to the effect that the Industry Regulators are well aware of the urgency of the issues and are addressing them; and our MP for the Valley, Laura Farris, has represented this, the need for immediacy, to the Treasury.
The one other piece of (pretty sad) news (if you first bought the Sporting Life in 1966) is that, with the suspension of Irish Racing, the Racing Post has temporarily suspended publication after today's edition; you can see what the Editor says if you were to follow this link.
